Job Description

We are currently recruiting for our Paris office, an IT Project Manager M/F (CDI)

Reporting to the Head of Engagement, you will play a critical role driving the successful end-to-end implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer requirements, and industry standards.

This role requires a blend of project management skills, technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and effective communication to drive innovation and achieve operational excellence:

Project Management

  • Independently manage the delivery, implementation and success of our largest customers projects, with cross-functional support from internal teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering & Sales)

  • Own the transition from solution deployment to production to ensure scalability by leveraging agile tools and methodologies

  • Contribute in different stages of the project lifecycle (project methodology, SoW, business case development, etc.)

  • Think critically about the project management practice processes and strategic frameworks, drive continuous improvement

Strategic Delivery 

  • Design bespoke business strategies to solve large corporate challenges using AI solutions

  • Facilitate and prepare client workshop sessions to support the Solution design calibration process, propose 

  • Provide guidance to specific clients’ business transformation initiatives and requirements to enable their adoption of Qantev’s AI driven solutions

Stakeholder Management

  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required

  • Manage and build strong relationships with C-level Clients to operational Users  based on exceptional outcomes, effective communication, compelling storylines and the positive impact delivery driven

Cross-Teams Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with the Sales team identifying opportunities for cross-selling, scoping clients’ needs and increasing market understanding

  • Feed customer and market insights back to the rest of the company, to help design the next generation of AI products

  • Become an expert - and evangelist for – Qantev’s technologies and the capabilities of machine learning

Preferred Experience

What you need to succeed

  • +5 years of experience as a Project Manager in relevant strategy domains in Client facing project roles

  • Experienced in SaaS based projects and agile methodology, ideally in a fast-paced environment (scale-ups). Insurance industry knowledge is a plus.

  • Detailed oriented with strong ability to develop corporate Client presentations

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Additional languages are a plus (Chinese, Thai, Japanese)

  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external audiences, including large clients and Senior Executives

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (scale-ups)

  • Endowed with a great sense of humor and ready to collaborate with teammates
