  • People management of two Engineering Program Managers (EPMs), whom you will coach, support, and help grow

We are looking for a senior leader with a strong technical foundation, proven delivery experience, and a passion for building teams and systems that scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery for key engineering initiatives: from scoping to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, tech constraints, and team capacity

  • Coach and manage a team of 2 EPMs, fostering autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement

  • Design and drive program management practices to support cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Data Science

  • Build and own the internal knowledge management stack to support engineering and product operations (documentation, rituals, tooling, communication standards)

  • Identify and resolve program-level risks, blockers, and interdependencies

  • Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and key decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels — including executive and external stakeholders

  • Partner closely with Engineering Leads and the VP Engineering to shape org-wide processes, from planning cadences to delivery reporting

  • Contribute to hiring efforts and help onboard and scale the EPM function

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of Program Management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role

  • Experience driving engineering execution in high-growth or complex environments (scale-ups, enterprise platforms, etc.)

  • Proven ability to manage and coach team members, while remaining hands-on on critical programs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; you tailor your message to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Rigorous, organized, and impact-driven mindset

  • Fluency in English required; French is a plus
