We are currently recruiting a Pre-Sales Engineer for our Asia Pacific Headquarters office in Hong Kong.

Job Description

Team

Reporting to the Head of APAC and working closely with the sales & engagement teams in Hong Kong, you will play a critical role driving the successful growth and presence of the company in the region. This role requires a blend of project management skills, technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and effective communication to drive innovation and achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Presentation: Present and demonstrate Qantev's AI-driven claims platform to prospective clients, highlighting its features, benefits, and value proposition.

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with prospective clients to understand their business needs and tailor presentations to address specific challenges and opportunities.

  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support during the pre-sales process, including answering client queries and conducting product demonstrations.

  • RFP/RFI Management: Assist in the preparation and response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from potential clients.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of client requirements.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Documentation: Develop and maintain pre-sales documentation, including presentations, technical specifications, and case studies.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in prospective client organizations.

Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and communicate it to the product development team to inform feature enhancements and roadmap planning.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or similar role within the technology or insurance industry.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or insurance-related disciplines are a plus.

  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Additional language skills relevant to the Asia Pacific region are a plus.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, insurance claims processes, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and proposals.

  • Proven ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.

  • Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region as required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Must have legal right to work in Hong Kong.
