We are seeking a Paris based Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern M/F (6 months) to join our growing team and help us attract top talent to drive our mission forward

Job Description

As Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern, you play a crucial role in streamlining recruitment operations and providing the best candidate experience, while supporting the overall talent acquisition strategy of Qantev.

This position involves hiring on an international scale, managing recruitment efforts in both Paris and Hong Kong particularly for tech and sales profiles.

What would you be doing:

As a member of our team, alongside our experts, you will be able to work on the following:

Recruitment pipeline & coordination (70%)

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

  • Manage the job postings process internally and externally as applicable in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information displayed and brand image.

  • Manage initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

  • Coordinate candidate interviews, including sending meeting invites, booking rooms and/or organizing Video Conferencing.

  • Track, update and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) in real time.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

  • Help with additional ad-hoc HR projects as needed.

People Operations (30%)

  • Facilitating smooth onboarding processes and coordinating with the Operations Manager for the new joiners during their initial days.

  • Ensure all documentation is prepared, up to date and received on time. 

  • File and maintain accurate employee records.

Preferred Experience

Your Profile:

  • You have a first experience in recruitment, either in-house or in an agency. The key point is having managed multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to handle high volumes of work efficiently.

  • You know how to effectively push pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for various roles. Your proactive approach helps maintain a robust talent pool and accelerates the hiring process.

  • You are capable of working independently and proactively. You can take ownership of your tasks and drive them to completion, showcasing your strong organizational and time management skills.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can clearly and persuasively convey information to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and transparent recruitment process.

  • You have experience operating office suite of tools.

  • You are fluent in both English and French, which is essential for our regional and international operations. Any additional language skills are always a plus and will enhance your ability to engage with a diverse pool of candidates.
