About the Team

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll join a dynamic team. The Qantev Delivery team is vital in overseeing the entire client journey and solution implementation —from initial onboarding to successful project delivery and ongoing support. They ensure that client relationships are effectively managed and that client needs are met through Qantev’s AI-driven platform.

About the Role

You will play a critical role driving the successful end-to-end implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer requirements, and industry standards. This role requires a blend of project management skills, technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and effective communication to drive innovation and achieve operational excellence.

What you will do

Project Management & Execution

  • Independently manage the end-to-end client IT delivery portfolio from design to implementation, through collaborative work following Agile methodologies

  • Manage Csuite clients stakeholders

  • Develop and execute high quality Application Software implementation plans independently based on client processes and requirements through API

  • Collaborate with Technology, Product and Sales Teams to successfully deliver the Client Portfolio meeting both technical and business requirements

Stakeholder / Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, engineering, IT, and operations teams.

  • Facilitate clear communication of project scope, technical requirements, priorities, timeline, etc.

  • Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and progress reports.

Requirement Analysis and Documentation

  • Capture and document client strategy, operational processes and business rules and communicate to Technology Teams & work in partnership with the Product Team, scope feature requirements and conduct gap analysis

Technical Delivery

  • Support the software application design including data schema modeling, process workflow development and execution in line with Qantev Software Lifecycle operating principles

  • Feed customer and market insights back to the rest of the company, to help design the next generation of AI products

  • Contribute to the development of technology processes and internal frameworks

  • Become an expert - and evangelist for – Qantev’s technologies and the capabilities of machine learning

Resource management

  • Manage the Solution Deployment resource plan and requirements based on Client Portfolio demands and Sales pipeline

Preferred Experience

To succeed in this role, you bring over 5 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, with expertise in Agile methodology, ideally within a fast-paced environment (start-ups / scale-ups).

Additionally, extensive experience in managing SaaS-based projects, including software integration and development, along with a strong grasp of relevant software development methodologies, technologies, and application software engineering concepts is essential.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

  • Business–Tech Bridge: Strong ability to understand business processes, operations, and workflows, and translate them into clear technical requirements.

  • Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of modern technologies, including APIs, systems integration, SaaS platforms, AI/ML concepts.

  • Project Management: Familiarity with Agile and other project management frameworks, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Problem Solving: A structured thinker who thrives in complexity and brings clarity to ambiguity.

  • Languages: Fluency in English and Cantonese required; Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with engineers, business stakeholders, large clients, and senior executives.

  • Delivery Mindset: Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with strong skills in preparing clear, comprehensive presentations and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Collaboration: Proactive, team-oriented, and able to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.

You are already based in HK, without sponsorship for the visa.

Bonus skills

  • Experience deploying Deep Learning Framework is a plus.

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a significant advantage.

  • Proficiency in additional languages like Cantonese or Thai is an advantage.
